Jesse Garcia, Sportscaster and Author of
My Life With the Green & Gold
Jessie Garcia is a Madison native and one of Wisconsin's first female sportscasters. She was a Packers sideline reporter and host of "The Mike Holmgren Show" and "The Mike McCarthy Show." A Madison East High School graduate, Jessie has worked in local television sports at WISC in Madison and WTMJ in Milwaukee for two decades. Her first book, My Life with the Green and Gold: Tales from 20 Years of Sportscasting, was released last November (Wisconsin Historical Society Press). Garcia is also an adjunct professor of broadcast journalism and is writing a second book with the family of Olympic speedskater Casey FitzRandolph that deals with his rise to gold followed by a cancer diagnosis for Casey's sister.

All registered luncheon attendees must provide notice to the Administrative Director, Kristin DeGroot, at least 72 hours prior to the event to receive a refund. Without said notice, registered attendees will forfeit their fee if paid in advance or be required to remit payment.
