Athena Awards

Each year, The Business Forum proudly hosts two events that are administered by ATHENA International – The ATHENA Award Celebration, and the ATHENA Young Professional Award

The ATHENA Award Celebration is held in March, and honors women and men who have achieved excellence in their profession or life's work. Past ATHENA nominees and recipients have included business professionals, government employees, police and firefighters, healthcare professionals and members of the academic community.

The ATHENA Young Professional Award is held in November, and celebrates the ATHENA mission of supporting and honoring women and recognizing emerging leaders who strive toward the highest levels of accomplishment.

Proceeds from both these events directly support The Business Forum's scholarship program, with the ATHENA Award Celebration being TBF’s largest fundraising event of the year.
