Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Madison Area Sports Commission
Deb is the leader of the Madison Area Sports Commission and the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau. Deb has been in the visitor industry for over three decades, and was the champion behind the launch of the Madison Area Sports Commission. Prior to being recruited to the Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau in 1994, Deb was with the Kansas City Convention & Visitors Bureau, and prior to Kansas City, she was Executive Director of the Park City Utah Convention & Visitors Bureau and Chamber of Commerce.
Deb holds a degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Michigan State University. Deb is from Libertyville, IL and now lives in Cross Plains with her husband, Dean. Their daughter, Jenna, works for Meet Minneapolis (the CVB for Minneapolis), following in her mother’s footsteps.
